I'M Onsen Spa

Our recent visit to I'm Onsen Spa left us disheartened and dissatisfied. While I had enjoyed their services in the past, this visit was marred by a series of disappointments. 📌 Signature Facial Experience (★☆☆☆☆): During the I’M ONSEN SPA SIGNATURE FACIAL, it was disappointing to hear the Spa Therapists washing all their work materials/containers + dripping water in the shower room rather than explaining the treatment or products being applied to our faces. There's no steaming, pricking or extraction done- for that P6,000 amount- we are expecting way better experience than that. Communication is key to a satisfying spa experience, and this was severely lacking. 📌 Buffet Experience (★★☆☆☆): The inclusion of a buffet in the package was underwhelming compared to my previous visits. The pandemic has undoubtedly impacted many businesses, but the dining experience was gloomy, with limited choices. It didn't justify the package cost. 📌 Billing and Reception (★☆☆☆☆): The initial billing mishap was unsettling. We were quoted an erroneous total bill, and after our massage, we were unexpectedly asked for an additional 6,000 pesos. This oversight felt negligent and placed us in an uncomfortable position. It's crucial for the front desk to ensure accurate billing and not burden customers with unexpected charges. 📌 Value for Money (★☆☆☆☆): Simply not worth it. The subpar service, billing errors, and lackluster facial treatment did not justify the high cost. I expected a premium experience given the price, but I left feeling disappointed. We sincerely hope that I'm Onsen Spa can address these issues and improve their service quality. The team needs to be more attentive and aware of what's happening around them to ensure a more pleasant customer experience. I believe that with focused efforts, they can regain the standard of service that I once enjoyed.

Very bad experience! 0. We got delay on the appointment for a least 15 minutes when we finish check in procedure! 1. The therapist seems not check the formula we fill down and enforce the wrong area. 2. The price might not be so transparent. Note: Holiday session added extra fee on the price and cut down the dinner buffet. In summary, not recommended to come here especially the price for message in this country is really competitive. You can get a lot of good candidates if you take some time to do the home work🥲
